I'm 47 years old and after taking care of others my whole life I'm going to try to take care of me now. But, I'm not very good at it so I'm thinking if I let other people in on the process maybe I will be more accountable, more dedicated to me! So, here I am, fat rolls and all. A better day!
Today has been a better day...not perfect by any means but a better day. Tomorrow is the big day to start the martial arts study - looking forward to it!
